Last night I had the pleasure of attending the Haute Summer Night fashion show at the SoDo Commerce Building. Great location, and fun summer/beachy setup. True to Seattle weather this year, it did pour down rain for a bit though. The runway was a boardwalk that went 3/4 around the entire building, surrounded by runway seats, VIP cabanas and loads of food stations. There were cake balls from Dianne’s Delights, Kind bars being shared by Kristen, Neuro water, Pearl Vodka, hot dogs, cotton candy, snow cones, pie, Pop Chips and more! As guests started arriving we had a blue carpet entrance for their “paparazzi” shoot: what fun! The show was put on by Fashion Network-Seattle and Blue Shoes Media. The designers of the night were: Heidi Fish Swimwear, Ana Louie Apparel, Rene Ropas & Suite No. 237.
